Prior to working with SEQ Site sales we had gone through multiple crashed contracts from other agents. Our goal was to get a short term settlement of $3 million but in the end result, we got 1 million more at $4.15 million with a 3 year settlement. The previous best offers had been coming in at between $2m & $3m, so although the longer time frame was not ideal, the $1m+ uplift was enough to concede on the delayed settlement. The contract was tightly structured to settle without any extensions and was a smooth process once the deal and terms were agreed.
